What You Can Upload:

- Educational explainers (e.g. what to expect after surgery, therapy goals)
- Instructional content for carers or families
Submission Guidelines:
- Videos must be clear, medically accurate, and respectful
- No logos, branding, or personal patient data
- Preferred formats: MP4, MOV (max file size: XX MB)
- Add a short title and a brief description
- Indicate the intended audience (e.g. patient, carer, clinician)
